After digging the existing code out after many months for my Computerised Irrigation System, I realised how AWFUL the coding for the whole thing was! This definitely needed a rewrite. I decided to the whole front-end in VB.NET this time for speed and ease. This time the irrigation system has an online activation system, which 'unlocks' the hardware for use when activated against a certain computer, very unessential I know, but I have learnt about WSDL in the process!
